Difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion (eye drops) is used to treat eye inflammation and pain caused by eye surgery. These eye drops are also prescribed for the treatment of endogenous anterior uveitis, a serious eye condition that involves inflammation in the front portion of the eye. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
