Exemestane
Required
Exemestane is used to treat early and advanced breast cancer in the postmenopausal women who have been already treated with a cancer medication called tamoxifen for 2 to 3 years. Exemestane is also used to help prevent the recurrence of breast cancer. Exemestane is indicated for the treatment of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer and not used to treat the breast cancer that is not hormone sensitive. Exemestane is not recommended for use in children. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
