Lidocaine–Prilocaine is a topical local anesthetic cream used to numb the unbroken skin before painful medical procedures such as injections, minor skin surgery, and insertion of needle or tube. It is a combination medication that is also used to prevent pain at the outer genital area before surgical treatment. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
