Primidone is an anti-epileptic drug used to treat seizure disorders, including tonic–clonic seizures, partial seizures, myoclonic seizures, convulsive seizures, simple seizures, epileptic seizures, and psychomotor (temporal lobe) epilepsy. This medication may also be used to treat essential tremor (tremor without underlying cause). This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
