Trimetazidine is a drug indicated for the treatment of ischemic heart disease (angina pectoris). It is an anti-ischemic medication that improves left ventricular function in diabetic patients with coronary artery disease. Trimetazidine is also used in the treatment of dizziness and tinnitus. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
